Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your Hearth & Paw order, we will make it right. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.
How to request a refund
- Email us with your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
- For a damaged or defective item, include a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you do not need to return the item.
- For a change of mind, we will confirm whether a return is needed before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Lost or late orders
Every order ships with tracking. If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.
